In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, XIKAR.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. XIKAR.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, XIKAR.com shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Free standard ground shipping is offered on all orders placed on the XIKAR.com shipments to address in the 50 US states only. Expedited service (two-day and overnight) in the US is available for an additional fee.
All XIKAR butane lighters are shipped empty of butane fuel in compliance with U.S. federal regulations.
Butane Shipping Policy
Butane purchases are available in the USA only, and may ship via ground service only, no exceptions, per federal regulations. Purchases eligible for expedited shipping service (two-day or overnight) or for shipment outside the US must not include any butane.
Same-day Expedited Shipping
Overnight and two-day delivery service is available for orders placed before 2 p.m EST, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 2 p.m. will ship on the following weekday. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday.
If an item is subject to sales tax, in accordance with state tax laws, the tax is generally calculated on the total selling price of each individual item, excluding shipping and handling charges.
Easy 30-day Returns & Exchange Policy for Purchases on XIKAR.com
We will gladly refund or exchange any item purchased on XIKAR.com within 30 days of the ship date. The full purchase amount will be credited to the original method of payment (credit card, gift card, or online gift certificate)
- Merchandise must have been purchased on XIKAR.com.
- Merchandise must be in new condition and in its original packaging.
- Butane, PG Solution and Crystal humdification cannot be returned or exchanged.
To Return or Exchange an item purchased on XIKAR.com
- Step 1. Email us at info@XIKAR.com
- Step 2. Please include your name, your order # or invoice #, and the item you wish to return in your email.
- When making a return, please include all original packing materials, accessories and manuals. Merchandise must be unused and received in original condition. Used merchandise is non-returnable.
Please allow a total processing time of two weeks for refund credits and exchanges. XIKAR.com reserves the right to modify its exchange and return policy.
