XIKAR Warranty Registration
We are proud to offer our lifetime warranty on all XIKAR products. If you feel that it fails to live up to our promise of fit, finish & function, simply return it to us & we will cheerfully repair or replace your product. XIKAR reserves the right to repair, or replace at our discretion. Returned items may be replaced with a refurbished equivalent, depending on the age and condition of the return.
If for any reason you need to return your product, please print and fill out this Consumer Return Form. Include it in the mailing envelope to designate the Return address.
Return the form and product/s only in a padded mailing envelope or box to:

Be sure to include your printed name and complete mailing address, email or phone number & the reason for return (Very important! As we use this information to review every product for quality control). Please allow 3 weeks to process your return. If you’ve asked for confirmation when your item is processed, and have not received it within 3 weeks, please contact XIKAR.
We require that you purchase delivery tracking/ confirmation when sending in a product for replacement. XIKAR will also provide tracking when mailing your product back to you.
If returning a lighter, it must be shipped EMPTY of butane fuel..
Should you ever need your blades sharpened, simply return the cutter to us and we’ll repair or replace the blades and return it to you.
XIKAR lighters carry a Lifetime Warranty. Before sending in your lighter, please refer to our online instruction manual or lighter instruction card to fix any occasional problems.
