Brand New: Executive lighters in full color

We are proud to introduce the very popular Executive in 3 new eye-catching colors: gunmetal, royal blue and dark red! Now there is a style for everyone!

The Executive lighter was developed for our customers seeking high quality, functionality and sophistication in every facet of their smoking. This design places the trigger along the body of the windproof lighter so one's finger no longer needs to be perilously close to the flame (goodbye burned fingertips!) The oversized adjustment wheel ensures a quick flame adjustment for any occasion. Available in black, silver, red, blue and gunmetal $24.99

Brand New: Leather sheaths for Executive lighters

XIKAR is proud to introduce new sheaths for the Executive line of lighters. Starting immediately, these sheaths will be included in each package, free of charge! For those of you, who already own Executive lighters, please email us with your name and address and we’ll send a sheath, no charge!

Member of the Month: Steven Brown

Each month, XIKAR receives great testimonies and stories from our customers about our products. From these submissions, we will now select one customer a month to be the XIKAR Member of the Month. The winner will receive an official XIKAR hat and mention in that month's newsletter thanking them for their contribution to XIKAR.

This month's winner is Steven Brown, pictured with one of his Xi cutters. Steven lives and works in the "Land of Shifting Sands" Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Steven graciously provided one of his XIKAR cigar cutters to his favorite bar and restaurant, the Cuban Bar in the Hilton Hotel Jumeirah. Unfortunately, someone recently decided that the cutter looked better in his or her hands and it has since disappeared.

We have helped Steven replace the cutter to his favorite cigar hangout and rewarded him for his great support of XIKAR. It is customers like Steven that make this business so enjoyable! Thanks Steven, and enjoy the hat!

    Business: RTDA Trade Show

The 73rd annual Retail Tobacco Dealers Association Trade show brought the XIKAR staff to retail tobacco’s biggest event this month. The best in the cigar, tobacco and accessories trade attended in full force to show off their newest and finest products.

Thanks to customers like you, XIKAR experienced its biggest and best year ever! Attendance and excitement at our booth reflected the commitment that we have for each customer and friend in this business, so we were happy to be too busy to go without a lunch break the first two days!

This success will only lead to more innovative, quality products in the years to come. As always, your demand and enthusiasm for XIKAR products will be a cornerstone of this development.

    Travel: New Orleans

All of us at XIKAR would like to express our deepest sympathies for those in New Orleans and all of the areas devastated by hurricane Katrina. We had initially planned some travel destinations and recommendations from our recent trade show in this great city, however the focus will now direct us to anything we can do to help our friends in these troubling times. As the citizens of the areas hit by Katrina prepare to face the aftermath, they are in our thoughts and prayers.

Tips: Find a cigar friendly restaurant anywhere!

Whether you are traveling for business or pleasure, it can be a real pain to find out at the last minute that the restaurant you couldn't wait to try doesn't allow cigar smoking! Thankfully, our friends at CigarAficionado.com have compiled an easy-to-navigate web page for finding cigar friendly restaurants in many cities and countries!
