by promoting two valued team members this spring.
Phillip Barnhart and Christy MaGuirk have been
promoted to Distributor Sales Manager and Customer
Service Manager, respectively.
Just over one year at XIKAR, Phillip Barnhart brought
with him over seven years of valuable retail tobacco
industry experience. Adding to his responsibility as
Inside Sales Manager, the promotion is evidence that
Phil has exemplified the company's mission of
communication and concern in every endeavor.
According to XIKAR President and Co-founder Kurt
Van Keppel, Barnhart's motivation to improve the
company and its retail customers' sales merited this
promotion. "We are extremely pleased with this
efforts in relationship building, customer-driven sales

Distributor Sales Manager, we hope he can help

their existing customer."
Christy MaGuirk, while only at XIKAR six months, but
carrying more than ten years of experience in the
wholesale tobacco industry, has taken on many
responsibilities, and then some, to merit her
promotion to Customer Service Manager.
